I believe that for many prescription options, there are also more natural solutions. Cleaning up your diet, learning about more natural remedies and supplements, and continuing to learn more about how your specific body functions (food sensitivities and such) will allow you more FREEDOM in how your feel and what you put into your body!
Your body views EVERYTHING you eat and drink as one of three things: 1) Medicine. 2) Food. 3) Toxin.
